MENYELUSURI ADAT ISTIADAT PERKAHWINAN PUAK DUSUN DI KAMPONG BATANG MITUS

Kumpulan Rumpun Belia akan mengadakan satu projek yang dikenali sebagai Menyelusuri Adat Istiadat Perkahwinan Puak Dusun Di Kampong Batang Mitus. Projek ini akan mengetengahkan susunan adat istiadat perkahwinan yang di amalkan oleh Puak Dusun pada dahulukala.Projek ini akan dijalankan selama 3 hari iaitu bermula pada hari Juma'at 13/11 sehingga hari Ahad 15/11.Projek ini merupakan kesinambungan daripada Bengkel Merista Kebudayaan Kitani sebelumnya.

Hye everyone~!!!!! hahahaha~ today, I got featured in Ejat’s blog~ for sleeping!!!! So sorry to the lecturer, I just cant help it~ huhuhuhu~ Slept late last night. Thank god I didn’t snore- or did I?? :P

Yesterday morning~

Me, Tika and Amie went to YSHHB in Kumbang Pasang to see someone called Hj Zulfri (Sorry if mispelt). He’s kind and ‘ia cari wah apakn ditolongnya’ (Tika, 2009) :p Seriously, the meeting was fun and there was a ‘selingan’ of jejak kasih. He knows my parents. hahaha. I didn’t take any photos that morning until we went to the Mall Gadong. Very hungry maaaa~~ hahaha.

The place was nice, the food was not and the hygiene is, may I say, between satisfactory and ‘not’ satisfactory. There was a small cockroach coming out of nowhere as Tika got her soup n the lady just said ‘o, mungkin ia terjatuh dari atas, maaf ya’ gosh.. get serious lady!! N then there were, erm.. I don’t know if they’re ant or smaller cockroaches, but there were crawling on the table when we were eating. urghhhh.. n sorry, the pizza was not as tasty as they were back then.

2 months have gone….~~ And I havent done anything~ haha, Jokiinggg~~ Been busy with project. It’s going so well that I want to pat my back every 1 minute.. :p

With everyone concerned about that H1N1, prayers are done in mosques, Doa Tolak Bala at home. Hopefully inda tkana virus penyakit atu.

(1) 8th June 2009 : To the National Archive @ Jalan Menteri Besar doing some research for our project

We found some information for our project. The research part of our project is still going on. The interview is still going. Go, go Tika!!

(2) 10th June 2009 : To KKBS and Yayasan.

We went to the Ministry of Culture, Youths and Sport to pick up our shirts. Looks good on me.. :P And then we went to Yayasan to browse for cenderamata for the guest of honor. Fidah had to go home early to pick up her sister.

We had a meeting about the project. The project is going well but because of the virus H1N1, we just have to move the date to another time. Our tuan Pengerusi called out penyelia regarding the matter.

Well, everyone, just focus on the event we have this Saturday, alryt. Prepare yourselves some kind of script or anything if you want just in case we are going to be interviewed (high chance this is going to happen). Good luck RBs! Shake it! Shake it! RBs, RBs, RBs!! Congratulations to us!!!

Hey guys..WE ARE IN!!! Yeay.. Been nervous waiting for the results and here it is. We are invited to Pusat Belia end of this week!! Yeayy!! The briefing for the second and the third phases will be after the launching event (is that right??). So stay tuned and I have sent you guys an email about the invitation and attached it with our paperwork. Happy Reading!! N get ready also for the Paperwork Presentations, alright~~

Feel so hungry.. Need to eat.. :p but I have assignments to finish and so.... I am a bit hesitant to budge from my bed. Nahhhh.. maybe it's better if I go and eat first.. :p cya around~!

We were there..

Wednesday, 25th March. After Italian class, all of us went to Giant to isi perut.. Hahaha.. Allowance- out already. Not mine n Syaz's though. It should've been us first u know. Bowh.. Speaking kapal. ANywayzzz.. These are the photos from the day guyz. Sorry, they're not that clear bcause im using N95. Couldve been clearer if I brought my camera along.

The food was nice but the drink was very sweeeeeeeet~~ Cant drink it anymore so I had to leave it 'undrunk (? Is that even a word??)' All I did was look for isi Jagung n eat em. The Jualan Antarabangsa was also nice. We had fun though. Told my dad about how fun it was in Giant with all that Jualan Antarabangsa n all that antiques, all he said to me was "Tia karang, nada da lawa. Macam jualan biasa2 saja". Maybe it's just me n my friends who felt good n happy looking at what those people sold in that building. Hahaha.. Sorry for my terrible English this morning. I felt like sleeping again. Haha.
